Cancellation Policy

Balanced Body Massage Therapy - Service Policy Thank you for choosing Balanced Body Massage Therapy. To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, please review our service policies below. Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations or failure to notify us will be considered a no-show (see below). Late Arrival Policy We understand that life happens. However: If you arrive late to your session, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and considered a no-show, at our discretion. No-Show Policy No-shows affect our ability to serve others in need of care. Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges. Professional Conduct Policy Balanced Body Massage Therapy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required.
