💫 Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Nicole—I’m a licensed massage therapist and owner of Balanced Body Massage Therapy here in Orlando. I'm originally from Long Island, NY, and I’ve been in Florida for just over 10 years now. I studied at Cortiva Institute in St. Pete, where I was certified in Neuromuscular and Myofascial Release Therapy.
Over the last decade, I’ve helped clients find real relief from pain, tension, and everyday stress through personalized, therapeutic massage.
But the work doesn’t stop when you get off the table—and that’s where this blog comes in. I’m sharing easy, informative tools you can use at home to help your body feel supported and cared for in between visits. These little things really do add up and can make a big difference in how you feel.
